Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)


 

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program which is also known as SNAP, offers nutrition assistance to eligible, low-income individuals and families.

The service partners with State agencies, food nutrition educators, and local organizations to meed the needs of eligible nutrition assistance.
