Respectful, Dignified Service Without Judgment

Our commitment to being available around the clock isn't just a business practice – it's our promise that no family will face this alone in the middle of the night or over a weekend. When you're scared, confused, and don't know where to turn, we're here with the experience, resources, and most importantly, the heart to help you through it.

We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their circumstances. Our approach is never to judge, but always to help.

1

Give us a call

All we need is the defendant’s name and we can find out the rest. We will contact your loved one immediately to let them know they will be getting out of jail soon.

2

We post the bail

The process for release time depends on the jail's processing speed, paperwork completion, and some other factors.

3

The inmate gets released

Once released, your family member may need transportation from the jail, especially if the arrest happened far from home or if their vehicle was impounded.

4

The defendant shows at their court hearing

We will notify you when we receive your court date. You will need to be at the court on time on your hearing date.  If you do miss a court date, your bond will be forfeited and you (or your co-signer) will be legally obligated to pay the full bond amount and the defendant will likely have another arrest warrant issued.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know the local courts, understand the system, and have built relationships that help us work efficiently on your behalf. When you choose us, you're choosing people who will still be here for you long after your immediate crisis has passed.
